Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Peptide Protocol Portal (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Peptide Protocol Portal LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Professional Use Only
The Platform is designed exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals, including but not limited to physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinicians operating within their licensed scope of practice. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed healthcare professional in good standing with your applicable state medical board or licensing authority.
The Platform is a clinical reference and business operations tool for licensed providers. It is not intended for use by patients, consumers, or unlicensed individuals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, does not meet these requirements.
3. NPI Verification
Access to the full suite of clinical tools, guides, and wholesale ordering functionality requires verification of a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number through the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES). You agree to provide accurate and truthful NPI information. Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent NPI information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
NPI verification is a condition of continued access to the Platform. The Company may re-verify your NPI at any time and may suspend access pending re-verification. You are responsible for notifying us promptly if your licensure status changes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Platform, including clinical guides, protocols, dosing references, documentation templates, educational materials, software, and design elements, is the proprietary intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform content solely for your internal clinical and practice management purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not use the Platform to:
- Share login credentials with unlicensed individuals or those outside your registered organization;
- Reproduce or redistribute clinical content, guides, or protocols without authorization;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract Platform data;
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls, security measures, or tier restrictions;
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any federal, state, or local regulations;
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the integrity or performance of the Platform.
6. AI-Generated Content (Peppy)
The Platform includes Peppy, an AI-powered clinical assistant designed to support licensed providers with reference information, protocol suggestions, and ordering assistance. Peppy's responses are generated using a curated clinical knowledge base and/or large language model technology.
Peppy responses are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, patient-specific evaluation, or the independent medical decision-making of a licensed practitioner. You are solely responsible for all clinical decisions made in connection with your patients. The Company expressly disclaims any liability arising from clinical decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.
The content referenced or generated by Peppy has not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Any peptides, compounds, or protocols discussed are not FDA-approved drugs unless expressly stated.
7. Wholesale Ordering
The Platform provides access to a B2B wholesale ordering portal for licensed providers. All orders are processed in connection with your verified NPI and are subject to applicable federal and state laws governing the procurement of compounded medications and peptides. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your ordering activity complies with all applicable laws, including DEA regulations, state pharmacy laws, and medical board requirements governing your scope of practice.
The Company acts as a technology intermediary and is not a licensed pharmacy or distributor. Fulfillment is handled by licensed third-party partners. Wholesale pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Platform is a clinical reference tool and is not a patient records system. We do not store, process, or transmit patient protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to any clinical decisions, patient outcomes, or regulatory actions resulting from reliance on Platform content.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to registered users. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
